We understand that smaller businesses may not have 20 hours a week to train and onboard a new assistant. That is why we offer a a staggered start. This is a customized plan that allows a business to start with a smaller amount of hours such as 10 the first week, instead of the 20 hours while the assistant is in training. As the assistant learns the position the hours are increased.
